The WatchDog Belt Clip is slightly larger than the WatchDog LT Belt Clip to correspond with the difference in size of the pagers. The belt clip is removed by pulling the clip’s metal tab away from the pager and pushing the bottom of the clip in an upward direction. Adjusting the metal tab is sometimes necessary to release the clip from the locking mechanism.
To attach the belt clip and ensure a good connection with the pager, slide the clip onto the back of the pager until it “clicks” into place securely. A quick check to verify it is engaged correctly, lift the bottom of the clip off the back of the pager and try to push it upwards. The belt clip should remain in place. If it does pop out, try to “click” it back into place again.
If the clip is ever damaged, lost, or will no longer consistently stay in place, replacement belt clips can be ordered without returning the entire pager for repair.
